We go beyond the Pilates technique to bridge the gap between your Health practitioner and sessions in the studio. All are welcome here!
Our sessions are appropriate for all levels. However, we recommend that new students with an injury or limitation begin with a Postural Assessment to discover and document your imbalances.
We will teach you body awareness and how to work with common limitations such as a lack of mobility, Osteoporosis, Scoliosis, and Stenosis, among others.
